The people who draw it are the people who build it.

Thishya is led by Haripriya, who founded it and still shapes every design. Each project begins the same way — with the people who will use the space, the budget that genuinely exists, and what the site will and will not allow. Nothing is drawn until those three are clear, because a drawing that ignores any of them is a drawing someone will have to undo later.

Architecture, interiors and construction all sit under one roof, and the team on site is ours. So the design is never handed to strangers at the moment it turns into a cost — which is where a project usually stops being the thing you agreed to build. We are small enough that Haripriya sees every drawing, and staffed to carry a house from the first sketch to the handover.
